Refund/Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing THE WORST DAY OF THE WEEK: HOW CHRISTIAN FAITH COMMUNITIES CAN TRANSFORM SUNDAY INTO THE BEST DAY OF THE WEEK FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY DISABILITY.

If you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, INCLUSION shall gladly offer you a 100% refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.   You will not be offered a refund or exchange  after 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

  • Book(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Book(s) must be in its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Refunds will be given only for regular priced books.  Sale books cannot be refunded.

Partial refunds

INCLUSION does not issue partial refunds.

Exempt Goods

Currently, INCLUSION does not offer a variety of goods for sale.  Only the book THE WORST DAY OF THE WEEK: HOW CHRISTIAN FAITH COMMUNITIES CAN TRANSFORM SUNDAY INTO THE BEST DAY OF THE WEEK FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY DISABILITY is for sale.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund within 7 days,  please  contact your credit card company.  It may take  longer for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

INCLUSION  replaces only books that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them, please send us an email at: doctorcleveland@currently.com.  Send your books to: INCLUSION, 11836 Southcrest Lane, Pineville, NC 28134-9129.  Telephone: 704-956-6344

Shipping

  • Please do not send the book(s) back to the publisher. It must be sent to INCLUSION at the following address: 11836 Southcrest Lane, Pineville, NC 28134-9129.
  • You shall be responsible for paying  shipping costs for returning your book(s).
  • INCLUSION’s shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery time for your exchanged book(s) depends on your shipping address.
